My name is Dr. Grey Hoff, Jr. and I would like to welcome you to Transformational Trend.

The purpose of this website is to share stories and collect knowledge about leadership, professional development, education, international competency, and faith. My goal is to encourage others to identify their Purpose in Life and embark on a journey of lifelong learning and service.  I spend a great deal of my time around young adults, college students, and internationals, so much of this website content is focused on these audiences.

You find that I talk a lot about Purpose. I believe to find meaning in life, you must have a strong sense of purpose. To do this, you must understand how God can use the skills and abilities He has given you to serve others. I believe that apart from Jesus Christ you cannot find your purpose in life. I desire for each of you to have a positive trajectory in life and reach higher levels of personal, spiritual, and professional development. Transformational experiences cannot occur without change, a trend line with a positive trajectory signifies growth. A transformational trend line is constantly changing and has an upwardly sloping curve, signifying positive growth. This is where the name for this website comes from; TRANSFORMATIONAL TREND — a reminder for positive growth!
